in the spirit realms —
Familia querida, we are honored to open the yearly ofrenda altar, woven from the depths of our hearts to honor our relatives in the spirit realms.
This year, we will gather on the opening date of día de muertos (Oct. 28 - Nov. 2), to gather in community, lay our offerings, raise our cantos and prayers, and commune with the medicine of ix cacao around the sacred fire with open hearts in gratitude for this precious life and their eternal spirits.
The intention of this early start date (vs. Nov 2) is to encourage everyone to take your beloved’s images home and continue tending to their spirits setting up your ofrenda altar at home.
(As simple as a flower, a candle, some sacred smoke and your daily food / water offerings to feed the altar from your heart.)
All traditions, colors & hearts are welcomed.
We like to keep these circles intimate to be comfy & go deeper together.

We will gather from 6 pm - 8:45 pm in Hollywood / Koreatown Area at a private home with a lovely outdoor garden temple.
Address will be sent with parking and preparation instructions upon RSVP.
