We will gather around the fire, to connect with our hearts in the spirit of deep Alignment.

We will nourish our heart, soothe our nervous system, peel away layers of burnout and illusion, all to clear the way to go deep within to commune with the truth of our Spirit. We will warmly welcome the ancient wisdom that lives within, that inevitably arises when we quiet our minds and tend to our Inner Temples.

♡ About Cacao:

Kakaw (Cacao) is an ancestral plant, known for it's many wonderful properties. - Bring comfortable clothes.

- Water is VERY important.
- Feel free to bring any belongings like crystals / feathers / altar items to join you.
- Bring a floor cushion, blanket, or whatever you want to sit on / lay on during the ceremony.
- Please bring an element you want to charge in the altar that you can take back to continue with this prayer of tending to your Inner Temple at home.

♡ Diet:

- Drink enough water throughout the day.
- Don't be under the influence of anything before the ceremony.
- Avoid caffeine 5-6 hours before.
- Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours prior, as cacao could be heavy on your stomach if it is already full.
- Set an intention (preferably) 3 days before the ceremony to enhance your experience. This way you will have a deeper connection with yourself and what you want to work with during the ceremony.
