Familia querida,
During this time of thinning veils between the physical and the spiritual worlds, we will gather around the fire to commune with Ix Cacao & honor our ancestors and loved ones on the other side.
Please bring pictures of your loved ones and any offerings that you know they enjoyed during their time here so we may together create a beautiful, traditional Mexican Día de Muertos altar.
We will commune with the beautiful plant medicine of Cacao as we gather in their memory, offer them our gratitude for opening the way and blessing our lives. We will sing and pray with and for them, share stories around the fire to remember the goodness they planted in our hearts, offer each other space for grief + heart healing if needed, and close with a celebration of life as we give thanks for our beating hearts by nourishing ourselves with yummy mexican tamales for dinner.
